This month (July 2021) marks the one-year anniversary of the launch of the Mike Molino RV Learning Center’s Service Writer/Advisor online course.
The program provides training on managing service appointments, generating additional revenue, coordinating with technicians and other departments, and more.
Modules cover 43 key competency areas and prepare front-line employees with the knowledge required to meet and exceed customer expectations. Multiple sections on customer service reinforce the top skill sets for top performing fixed operations personnel. The course concludes with a timed, comprehensive final assessment to test knowledge and skills learned in the course.
Over 250 service personnel have signed up for the course since inception. The current enrollment period closes December 31, 2021. Click here to find out more about this online course!
